Autumn Winter 2025
Varied Uniformity

Drawing from the introspective minimalism and textured brilliance of Robert Ryman, the Autumn Winter 2025 collection unfolds as an ode to tactile exploration and quiet sophistication. Ryman’s philosophy of focusing on “how to paint” rather than “what to paint” becomes the cornerstone of our creative path, steering us towards garments that celebrate materiality and process.
This season, we reinterpret the idea of a “wardrobe uniform,” not as a rigid concept but as a fluid blend of timeless garments that resonate with our core values. By weaving together timeless essentials with an understated complexity we aimed to mirror Ryman's layered compositions. Each piece, inviting a closer look to uncover its subtle differences just as Ryman’s white-on-white paintings reveal their nuances upon closer inspection.
Rooted in the duality of masculine and feminine traditions, we explore the balance between structure and softness. Draped capes, wide-leg trousers, and voluminous blouses redefine familiar silhouettes with a gentle modernity, echoing Ryman’s deliberate brushstrokes. Soft layering and structured surface textiles become a canvas for textures, capturing the quiet harmony between form and function.
The color palette influenced by the muted tones behind Ryman’s layered whites, transitioning into earthy tones, burgundy, and grey, colors that ground the collection in natural, quiet elegance. Fabrics such as speckled two-tone sustainable wool and heavy bouclé offer a tactile richness, while structured surface textiles and raw satin add an element of refined simplicity, balancing raw textures with polished finishes.
Accessories crafted from croco-embossed leather, knits in chunky nepped wool and garments in tactile ecovero viscose complement the collection’s focus on structure and extend the narrative of touch and texture. Prints such as soft houndstooth and chevron patterns subtly nod to heritage textiles bringing to it a minimalistic finish that echo the layered intricacies of Ryman’s compositions, reinforcing the theme of understated simplicity.
In this season, we continue to explore the dualities of masculine and feminine, occasional and everyday, raw and refined. Each garment is designed to resonate with the fluidity of modern life, creating a wardrobe that effortlessly transitions through moments, much like Ryman’s play with light and space. The Lovechild 1979 Autumn Winter 2025 collection becomes a quiet reflection of timeless design, where simplicity unfolds into subtle elegance.
